The registration fees include:
- Admission to all sessions, poster and industry exhibition
- Conference Material
- Lunch breaks during the conference
- Coffee breaks during the conference
- Welcome reception on Sunday, 15th September evening
- Conference dinner on Tuesday, 17th September
We welcome undergraduate students to participate in the conference for a nominal fee of 30 Euros, payable via POS at the conference front desk. Undergraduate students should complete the registration form found below and send it to fsk2024@uoi.gr with a comment of their graduate status in the email.
How to register
1. Download and fill in the registration form.
2. Choose your method of payment. You can pay either by (a) Card or (b) Bank Transfer
(a) Card payment: Follow this link. Receipts are generated automatically.
(b) Bank Transfer: Download the Banking Information Sheet from here. For a valid payment you should indicate the following in the comments section:
(A) The participants full name,
(B) The conference project code number (83554).
Indicate your preference for a receipt or an invoice by filling out the corresponding section in the registration form.
3. Send the completed registration form and, in case of a bank transfer, a copy of the bank transfer receipt to fsk2024@uoi.gr.
Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to fsk2024@uoi.gr.
If cancellation is received by July 7th, 2024 payments will be refunded minus bank charges and a handling fee of 40 euros. For cancellations made between July 8th and August 7th, 2024, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after August 8th, 2024.
Please not that, due to organizational reasons, all refunds will be processed after the conference ends.
HSSTCM Support for young scientists
We have now secured Financial Support, sponsored by HSSTCM, for young scientists to attend the conference. will cover the registration fees for the participation of 15 young scientists in the 38th Panhellenic Conference on Solid State Physics and Materials Science. Apply to hsstcm@hsstcm.eu till the 7th of July, 2024. Eligible applicants are:
- M.Sc. students and Ph.D. candidates in Greek Universities/Research Institutes. Certification from the University/Research Institute that verifies the status of the applicant is necessary.
- Members of HSSTCM (in good standing).
- Those who have submitted abstract for oral or poster presentation in the Conference.
